Help My Hair Is Half Curly Half Straight

I am between a 2b c.

Help my hair is half curly half straight. Its been more than a year since i got one. Now i m just doing a super quick blow dry. I am desperate for help with my half wavy half straight hair. I grew up with straight hair and when it changed to become curly it had its own schedule.

What can i do about it besides straightening the bottom or curling the top. This is my first time using naturally curly so please don t judge my hair when i was younger use to be curly all over but since puberty my hair has gone half curly at the bottom and straight at the top.
